Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Chicken diced or shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Apple
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Cucumber
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Parsley
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and store in the fridge until serving. Serve in a whole wheat tortilla or lettuce cups.
