Homemade Acai Bowls

Ingredients

Acai Base

  • 2 frozen acai packs
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup liquid (almond milk, coconut milk or juice)

toppings

  • 2/3 cup granola
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • honey

Instructions

  1. Blend together the frozen acai, banana and liquid of choice to make the smoothie base.

  2. Divide the acai mixture into 2 serving bowls.

  3. Add 1/3 cup granola to each bowl.

  4. Top with the fresh fruit (divided evenly between the bowls)

  5. Drizzle with honey or agave if desired.
